My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The location was excellent, right next to Presidio Park and close to the highways and Mission Valley Mall, but there were some cleanliness issues with the rooms and a leak in the bathroom that needed maintenance attention. The staff was a bit dismissive about the problems, although they tried to address them eventually.

My stay at the hotel was decent overall. The room was clean and comfortable, meeting my expectations for this type of hotel at a good price. However, there was a slight smell of smoke and mildew. The service was not as helpful and a bit rude at times, which was disappointing. The location was convenient for accessing the freeway, but the hotel exterior needed improvement.
